I am trained and experienced in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching, pre and post natal, reiki, postural and gait analysis and reflexology. I use a blend of all these modalities to deliver a personalized and effective service, tailored to your individual goals.
I personally love the little extras and enhancements that can elevate a massage. - Exfoliating Foot Scrub and Nourishing Keratin Treatment (30 mins) – $30. Treat your feet to a renewing Himalayan salt scrub infused with essential oils of your choice. Warm towels are used to dissolve and remove the scrub before enveloping each foot in a nourishing keratin masque. This treatment is completed with a relaxing foot massage, combining Swedish and reflexology techniques, leaving you walking on sunshine for the rest of the day!
- Dry Skin Brushing (15 mins) – $15. Dry Skin Brushing has been shown to not only improve skin texture but also stimulate the lymphatic system which aids the body in eliminating toxins.
- Reiki Cocoon (30 mins) – $30. A deeply comforting experience of being physically and energetically held. While your body is physically swaddled, healing Reiki energy is channeled to you, bringing your being back into balance. As the wrap is removed, negative energies are released leaving you with a deep sense of calm and of self.
- Reflexology (15/30 mins) – $15/$30. An ancient, eastern modality whereby pressure points on the feet are stimulated to bring about positive change to their counterparts in the rest of the body and achieving healing on another plane.
- Scalp Massage (15mins) – $15. Revitalize your scalp with Aveda’s beautifying composition oil while relaxing massage strokes melt away tension.
Combination Treatments:
These are some combinations that I believe go well together, but we can really build a session any way you would like, just ask!
- Body, Mind, Soul (100 mins) – $140. A complete, restorative experience for the self. Revive tired and aching muscles with a full-body, hot stone massage, focusing on your chosen areas to bring you physical relief. Indulge the mind with a tension relieving scalp massage and nurture the soul with a healing and empowering Reiki Cocoon.
- Outside-In (90 mins) – $130. Working progressively deeper to achieve results at every level this treatment begins with dry skin brushing to stimulate skin cell renewal and your lymphatic system. Myofascial release and deep tissue strokes bring ease and freedom to muscles which have become stuck. Reiki and crystals bring healing and balance at the deep, energetic level.
- Top to Toe (90 mins) – $130. A full body, hot stone massage is complemented by a nourishing foot treatment and revitalising scalp massage to leave you feeling nurtured head to foot!
- R&R (60 mins) – $90. Combine two Eastern modalities for a supremely comforting and healing experience. First the feet are prepared with a Himalayan salt scrub, using essential oils of your choice. Next, foot reflexology points are stimulated to target tension in the rest of the body. While your feet indulge in a nourishing Keratin foot masque, you will receive a healing Reiki energy treatment designed to restore balance and bring you peace. Finally, drift off as you receive a relaxing foot massage, leaving you feeling light and ready to float off the table.

Reiki Energy Healing:
- 60 mins – $90. Release the energies that are keeping you stuck. A gentle, healing therapy which works to unblock energy pathways around the body bringing you peace, alignment, focus and positivity. Sessions are performed clothed, with gentle hand placements and crystals to channel energy where it is most needed. Beneficial anytime you feel in need of a boost, schedule at full moon to release energies that no longer serve you, or new moon to call in fresh energy to inspire and move you towards your goals. Reiki also makes a wonderful birthday gift, bringing a sense of completion to the past year and opening possibilities for the year to come!
- Couples or Group Sessions (60 mins) $90. A great way to unite and process shared experiences, traumas, hopes.
Couples Instructional Massage Workshop:
- 3 hours – $270. Is your partner always asking for a massage but you get bored and thumbs hurt after 90 seconds? This is a great way to show your partner some appreciation by learning how to bring your partner some physical relief and relaxation, and for them to bring the same to you! I will come to your home to ensure we find a workable area for you to practice with each other, we will explore and discuss different equipment levels based on your preferences. You will each choose your favourite areas to focus on and we will work together to give you the tools to work safely and enjoyably with each other. Sheets and massage oil will be provided and yours to keep so that you’re ready to keep massaging!
